On Borel points of random Dirichlet series in the right-half plane with singular coefficients

研究了由右半平面收敛的随机Dirichlet级数定义随机函数的增长性和值分布,这类随机函数几乎必然(a.s.)以虚轴上的每一点为超级ρ的Borel点且无有限例外值.

In this paper, we study the growth and the value distribution of random analytic functions defined by Dirichlet series and obtain that for such functions every point on the imaginary axis is almost surely （a. s. ） a Borel point of hyper-order ρ and without finite exceptional value.
