摘要
以‘米良1号’猕猴桃组培苗为材料,对其增殖和生根培养体系进行优化。结果表明:‘米良1号’猕猴桃组培苗最适的增殖培养基是MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L^(-1),增殖率达4.23;最适的生根培养基是1/2 MS+IBA 0.4 mg·L^(-1),生根率达80.33%。组培苗在田园土和泥炭土体积比为1:1的混合基质中移栽成活率达96%以上。
In this paper, In vitro plantlets of Actinidia deliciosa cv. ' Miliang-l' were used as the materials to optimize its multiplication and rooting system. The results showed that, the In vitro plantlets had the highest multiplication ratio with 4.23 when propagated on MS+I.0 mg·L^-1 6-BA+0.2 mg·L^-1 NAA. The optimal rooting medium was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.4 mg·L^-1, and the rooting rate was 80.33%. The medium with the ratio of 1:1 between garden soil and peat soil was suitable for seedling transplanting, and more than 96% of the plantlets survived.
