温拌改性再生剂对不同RAP掺量废旧普通沥青混合料性能影响评价 被引量:2

摘要 利用自主研发的复合温拌改性再生剂,对不同RAP掺量(30%、45%、60%)的AC-20型沥青混合料进行了温拌、改性与再生,并对再生沥青混合料进行了路用性能评价.试验结果表明:随着RAP掺量的增加,温拌改性再生沥青混合料的高温性能不断增强,但其低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能均呈下降趋势;与SBS改性沥青混合料对比发现,当RAP掺量为30%时,温拌改性再生沥青混合料的各项路用性能基本相当;当RAP掺量为45%时,温拌改性再生沥青混合料除高温性能外的各项性能均有下降,但仍能满足规范对改性沥青混合料的要求;当RAP掺量为60%时,温拌改性再生沥青混合料的低温性能和水稳定性已经不满足规范要求.推荐温拌改性再生沥青混合料的推荐RAP掺量为30%~45%. The compound warm-mixing modifying recycling agent developed independently are used to do warm-mix, modify and recycle the AC-20 asphalt mixture with different RAP proportion (30% , 45% and 60% ) and the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixture is evaluated. The findings are: with increase of RAP proportion, the high-temperature property of modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture was enhanced, yet the low temperature property, water stability and fatigue property all trended towards declination. Comparison with SBS modified asphalt mixture found that the pavement properties of modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture were basically the same when the RAP proportion was 30%. While when RAP proportion was 45% , the properties of modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture all declined except the high temperature property, yet still can meet the requirements of specification on modified asphalt mixture. When RAP proportion was 60% , the low temperature property and water stability of modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture did not meet the requirements in specification. The recommended RAP proportion for modified warm-mixed recycled asphalt mixture is30% -45%.
