监理服务质量对项目完成质量影响效应的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Influence Effect of Supervision Service Quality on Project Completion Quality

监理服务会对项目整体收益产生正面影响,但是在实际工程中,监理服务质量对于项目的完成质量的影响并非决定性.在相关研究的基础上,通过问卷调查的数据建立结构方程模型,对监理服务质量、项目实施质量、项目完成质量的关系进行实证研究.结果显示:监理服务质量对项目实施质量存在显著的正面影响作用,对于项目完成质量的直接影响效应并不显著,但会透过项目实施过程中的中介变量起到积极影响.

Supervision service can effectively improve the overall benefits of construction projects, but in the actual project its effect on the quality of project completion is limited. Based on the related research, the structural equation model is built up through the results of the questionnaire, and an empirical study on the relationship between the quality of supervision service, the quality of project implementation and the quality of project completion is made. The results show that there is a significant positive impact on the quality of project implementation, and the direct effect on the quality of the project is not significant, but it will be positively affected by the intermediary variables of the project implementation process.
