摘要
高等教育内涵式发展既是一个综合的、多向量的概念,也是实现高等教育强国话语构建的过程。从历史逻辑来看,高等教育内涵式发展是在依附式发展、外延式发展、跨越式发展等方式总结、提炼基础上的继承、反思、创新与超越;从比较逻辑来看,西方高等教育强国的成功经验为我国高等教育内涵式发展提供了借鉴;从理论逻辑来看,高等教育内涵式发展主要包括质量、规模、结构、特色等要素;从实践逻辑来看,需要政府与高校合力推动高等教育内涵式发展。
The connotative development of higher education is not only a comprehensive and multi -vector concept, but also the process to realize the discourse construction of the powerful nation of higher education. In the light of historical logic, connotative de- velopment is the inheritance, reflection, innovation and transcendence based on dependent development, denotative development and great - leap - forward development in several ways. From a comparative logic point of view, the successful experience of western higher education power provides a reference for the higher education connotative development in China. In terms of theoretical logic, higher ed- ucational connotative development mainly includes quality, scale, structure and characteristics. In the light of practical logic, it is neces- sary for the government and universities to make joint efforts to promote the higher educational connotative development.
