A Summary of Psychology Talents Cultivation Model in Michigan State University

人才培养模式是高校发展的依托和载体。文章在对密歇根州立大学心理学专业本科阶段培养目标、课程设置进行简述的基础上,总结该校心理学专业人才培养的模式和特点,分析我国心理学专业人才培养所面临的问题,以期为提高心理学专业人才素质提供新思路、新视角。

The mode of personnel training is the foundation and carrier of the development of colleges and universities. This paper, on the basis of a brief introduction to the training objectives and the undergraduate curriculum of psychology education in Michigan State University, summarizes talent training patterns of this university, and analyzes the problems arising in psychological talent cultivation in China, with the purposes to provide new ideas and new perspectives for China＇ s colleges and universities to improve the quality of psy- chological professionals.
