摘要
通过对全国1182名高校管理人员的调查研究后发现:高校管理人员尤其是基层管理人员对于专业组织的了解和参与度较低;不同类型高校的管理人员对于专业组织的了解情况存在显著性差异;不同职务和不同职称的高校管理人员对于专业组织的了解和参与情况存在非常显著的差异。今后,需要从扩大专业组织的影响力、积极吸纳高校基层管理人员参加专业组织、提升专业组织的研究性功能等三个方面发挥专业组织对于高校管理人员专业发展的促进作用,不断提升高校管理人员的专业化水平。
A survey of 1152 university administrators nationwide has found out that they, especially those at basic level, do not have sufficient knowledge of professional organizations, and have a relatively lower participation degree ; there are significant differences among different types of administrators in understanding professional organizations, and there are also remarkable differences in under- standing and participation in different ranks and titles. We need to give full play to the promoting function of professional organizations in the professional development of university administrators, and constantly improve the professional level of university administrators by expanding the influence of professional organizations, actively involving administrators at basic level, and enhancing their research functions.
