摘要
在专业学位研究生教育中,将现有的培养模式从"分阶段、离散化"向"全过程、系统化"转变,对于推动专业学位研究生培养质量提高具有重要意义。文章基于系统性理论,对专业学位研究生的教育教学理念、过程与方式等方面相关问题进行探讨,提出设计学校系统性联动机制、坚持科学化和职业化培养理念、建立开放性教学机制、构建多元化的教师队伍建设机制等专业学位研究生培养路径,旨在为提升专业学位研究生培养质量提供新的思路。
In order to improve the cultivation quality of professional degree graduates, it has a big significance to transform the cur- rent cultivation mode from "staging, discretization" into "overall process and systematic mode" in the cultivation process. Based on the systematic theory, this paper discusses several questions which are related to the cultivation of professional degree graduates, such as, the educational and teaching conception, process and pattern, in addition, it proposes the cultivation path, such as the design of school system linkage mechanism, the scientific and professional cultivation conception, the building of open teaching mechanism and the construction of a staff of multivariate teachers, which aims to provide some suggestions to improve the cultivation quality of profes- sional degree graduates.
