专业认同理论视角下地方高校英语教育专业人才培养策略的构建

Training Strategies for English Education Majors in Local Universities from Perspective of Specialty Identity Theory

人才培养质量不高是造成应用转型时期地方高校英语教育专业发展陷入困境的原因之一。基于专业认同理论,围绕英语教育专业学生从师任教的学科教学实践能力从课程设置、教学内容、就业指导等方面对学生的专业认知、专业情感、学习行为等进行分析,提出人才培养质量的策略。

The low quality of personnel training is one of the reasons that cause the difficulties of English education specialty devel- opment in local universities during the application transition period. Based on specialty identity theory and the teaching practice ability, this paper has analyzed students＇ specialized knowledge, professional emotion and learning behaviors in the aspects of course designs, teaching contents and vocational guidance. In addition, this paper has put forward personnel training strategies.
