重芳烃分离装置原料组成对馏出口组分的影响

摘要 利用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件Rad Frca严格计算模块分析了中国石油兰州石化公司助剂厂10万t/a重芳烃分离装置原料组成对馏出口组分的影响。结果表明:采用Rad Frca严格计算模块进行模拟时,各馏出口组分模拟值与实际值基本重合;若回流比和塔顶产品与进料质量流率比不变,随着原料中重组分含量的增加,T-101塔顶和塔底馏出中的偏三甲苯含量下降,T-102塔顶和塔底馏出中的偏三甲苯含量增加;在同一设计规定值下,随着原料中的总轻组分逐渐减小,T-101塔回流比增大,塔顶产品与进料质量流率比减小;若分离精度相同,原料组成对塔顶温和塔底温基本无影响。 The Aspen Plus process simulation soft- ware RadFrca was used to analyze the effect of feed- stock composition on distillation outlets in a 100 kt/ a heavy aromatics separation unit of additives facto- ry, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The results showed that the modules were calculated and stimulated by RadFrca, the simulated values of each distillate approximately matched with the actual values;if the reflux ratio with top product to incom- ing quality control remained the same, with the in- creasing of heavy component content in raw materl- als,the distillated pseudocumene content of T- 101 tower top and bottom decreased, the distillated pseudocnmene content of T - 102 tower top and bot- tom increased;under the conditions of same design requirement values, with the gradual decreasing of total light component,T - 101 reflux ratio rising, top product to feed mass flow rate dropped;if the sepa- ration accuracy was same, components of raw materi- als had almost no effect on the temperature of tower top and bottom.
