西部人文社科期刊办刊模式新探——以中文核心期刊遴选为例

A New Probe into the Core Journals of Humanities and Social Sciences——As a Case Study of Core Journal in Western China

西部人文社科期刊作为西部期刊的中坚力量直观反映了西部期刊的整体办刊实力和形象。因此,研究西部人文社科期刊既有助于提升西部人文社会科学研究的高度,又有利于西部人文社科期刊办刊层次和办刊水平的稳步提升。西部人文社科期刊发展整体呈现核心期刊数目偏少,且分布不均;办刊质量不高;期刊媒体融合进展缓慢;期刊办刊特色不突出等特征。究其原因主要存在以下发展瓶颈:地域意识局限、自留地意识浓厚、融合创新意识滞后、办刊模式落后、学术支撑力不足。基于此,在借鉴西部某知名核心期刊办刊模式基础上,提出了西部人文社科期刊办刊的新路径:一是问题探究办刊新思路;二是专题策划办刊新出路;三是"互联网+"融合新进路;四是名栏先行办刊新探路;五是借力发力办刊新指路,从而提升西部人文社科期刊的整体办刊水平和影响力。

The core journals of the humanities and Social Sciences in Western China, as the backbone of the western journals, reflect the overall strength and image of the western journals. Therefore, the study of the core journals of Humanities and Social Sciences in Western China will not only help to enhance the research of the humanities and Social Sciences in the west, but also help to improve the level of the humanities and social sciences journals and the level of the journal. The overall development of the west is the core journals of Humanities and Social Sciences Journal number is less, and the uneven distribution of core journals; journal quality is not high; the core journals of media convergence slow progress; core journals of characteristics are not prominent features, the reason mainly has the following problems： the bottleneck of the development of regional consciousness, a strong sense of limitation of plots and fusion lag, innovation consciousness, the backward mode and academic support. Based on this, from the text in a well-known core journals on the basis of the model, the paper puts forward a new way for Western core journals of Humanities and Social Sciences： a new idea; the thematic planning; ＂Internet plus＂ fusion of new road;the first column of new Pathfinder; the leveraging force, so as to enhance the level and influence of Western core,core journals are in the humanities and social sciences.
