摘要
青海某金矿,金以硫化物中包裹金为主,其次为裸露金及半裸露金,金矿物主要与黄铁矿连生。采用单一浮选的原则工艺流程就可以获得合格的金精矿,将原矿磨至-0.074 mm占70%,经两次粗选、一次扫选产出尾矿、两次精选产出金精矿的工艺流程。添加氢氧化钠、硫酸铜、丁基黄药和2#油四种药剂。闭路试验获得了金精矿金品位58.25 g/t、回收率86.43%的较好选矿指标。试验指标良好,为现场生产提供了技术依据。
Some gold mine in qinghai province are mainly covered with package gold, followed by bare gold and semi-ex- posed gold, the gold mine are mainly related to pyrite. Qualified gold concentrate can be obtained by simple flotation process, the process is grinding the raw ore to 70% -0.074 mm, then obtained the concentrate after one scavenging, and two stages of selection. Sodium carbonate, copper sulfate, butyl xanthate and pine oil were used in the flotation. The closed- circuit experiment obtained a better selection index of gold concentrate with 58.25 g/t and a recovery rate of 86.43%. The test indexes are good and provide the technical basis for field production.
