摘要
从化学成分、炼轧工艺、公辅能源等方面对低成本化冷轧基料烂边缺陷进行统计分析,并同高等院校合作研究,初步弄清冷轧基料出现烂边缺陷的原因,并对此采取优化轧制计划,控制加热温度,调整化学成分,设备精度化管理等一系列控制措施,最终改善效果明显,SPHC烂边缺陷得到控制。
