摘要
轧制油混兑以及最终的完全国产化从理化性能指标上满足对表面要求较高的面板材的轧制。从退火后带钢清洁度及对微小凹坑缺陷消除的现场实践,说明20辊轧机轧制油的完全国产化可满足表面等级要求较高的面板材的轧制需求。
Mixed roiling oil and the final complete localization from the physical and chemical properties to Satisfy the sur- face requirements of the higher surface of the cold rolling. The cleanliness of the strip after annealing and the on-site prac- tice of the elimination of the micro-pit defects show that the complete localization of the rolling mill of the 20-H mill can meet the roiling demand of the surface sheet with higher surface grade requirements.
