摘要
本研究旨在筛选普通大学生心肺耐力测试指标,为国家学生体质健康测试指标体系提供理论依据.采用测试法对研究对象进行12 min跑、女生1500 m、2000 m、2400 m跑、男生2400 m、2800 m和3000 m跑测试,记录全程成绩,并对测试结果进行相关性分析.结果表明,男生12 min跑的全程平均距离为2609.12±185.37 m,2400 m、2800 m和3000 m跑的全程平均成绩分别为609.80±39.72 s、712.97±40.35 s和765.20±47.46 s;女生12 min跑的平均全程距离为2072.43±113.89 m,1500 m、2000 m和2400 m跑的全程平均成绩分别为451.34±21.01 s、646.63±34.33 s和845.54±42.53 s;12 min跑与各测试项目都具显著性相关,其中男生2400 m跑和女生2000 m跑与12 min跑的相关性最高(r=0.680、r=0.747,P<0.001).结论:男生2400 m跑和女生2000 m跑呈显著性相关且相关性最高,且容易操作,更适合替代12 min跑作为普通大学生心肺耐力的测试指标,同时也是一种科学的有氧健身方式.
This study aims to screen the test index of college students' cardiorespiratory endurance, and further provides theoretical foundation for the national students' physical health test index system. Method: take tests of 12-minute running, female 1500-meter, 2000-meter, 2400-meter running, and male 2400-meter, 2800-meter and 3000-meter running among the objects of study through test method and take records of the whole course and then make correlation analysis on the results of the tests. Results: the average distance for male 12-minute running is 2609.12±185.37 meters; the average results for male 2400-meter, 2800-meter and 3000-meter running are respectively 609.80±39.72s, 712.97±40.35s, and 765.20±47.46s; the average distance for female 12-minute running is 2072.43±113.89 meters; female 1500-meter, 2000-meter and 2400-meter running are respectively 451.34±21.01s, 646.63±34.33s, and 845.54±42.53s. It is found out that there is significant correlations among 12-minute running and all the other test items, among which the correlation between male 2400-meter running, female 2000-meter running and 12-minute running is the highest (r=0.680,r=0.747,P〈0.001). Conclusion: since male 2400-meter running and female 2000-meter running have significant and highest correlation with 12-minute running, and they are easier to be operated than 12-minute running, so they are more suitable to replace 12-minute running as the test index of college students' cardiorespiratory endurance, which are also scientific aerobics exercise methods.
