高速公路工程进度管理中PDCA循环法的应用

Application of PDCA Circulation Method in Expressway Engineering Scheduling Management

针对目前高速公路进行进度管理过程中存在的问题影响,文章以实际工程项目为例,分析了高速公路工程进度管理措施的应用现状,并提出了PDCA循环法的应用控制策略,其目的是为相关建设者提供一些理论依据。结果表明,要想使PDCA循环法高效作用于高速公路工程进度管理工作,需结合工程项目的实际情况,来保证PDCA循环法的适用性。

Aiming at the problems existing in the scheduling management process of expressway now, the article analyzes the application situation of expressway engineering scheduling management measures by an example of practical engineering project, and puts forward the application control strategy of PDCA circulation method in order to provide some theoretical basis for the relative constructors. The result shows that it is required to combine with the practical situation of engineering projects if wanting to make PDCA circulation method highly effectively used for the expressway engineering scheduling management so as to guarantee the applicability of PDCA circulation method.
