预应力碳纤维板加固技术在旧桥加固中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 很多桥梁运行时间较长,在车辆的反复碾压下,桥梁结构构件出现了腐蚀老化,同时受到外部环境的影响、人为破坏、车辆通行压力逐渐增大,使部分构件损坏严重,不符合行车的安全要求,为此需对桥梁进行加固处理。以预应力碳纤维板加固技术为例,首先阐述预应力碳纤维板加固技术原理,然后结合实例分析该技术的应用,最后就应用效果进行总结,供类似工程及人员提供参考。 Many bridges are under service for a long time. The structural components of bridge have the corrosive aging after the repetitive rolling of vehicles. At the same time, the influence of external environment,the man-made sabotage and the gradually increasing of vehicle traffic make the partial components seriously damaged. In result, many bridges do not conform to the safety requirement of driving. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the reinforcement of bridges. Taking the pre-stressing carbon fiber plate reinforcement technique as an example, the article sets forth the principle of pre-stressing carbon fiber plate reinforcement technique,analyzes the application of this technique by the practical cases, and summarizes its application effect, which can be referred for the similar projects.
