构建多元开放式本科教学质量保障体系的研究-基于产出导向教育理念的探索 被引量:82

摘要 基于产出导向教育理念,同时借鉴全面质量管理和戴明环理论,构建多元开放式本科教学质量保障体系;从责任主体、质量标准、评估与监控方式、信息收集途径、评价与激励方式等5个方面,解析质量保障多元维度的复杂性。在此基础上,从目标保障、资源与过程保障、产出质量保障、持续改进4个角度,探索由决策系统、实施系统、管理系统、反馈与修正系统组成的教学质量保障体系运行机制。 Based on Outcome-Based Education idea, this paper arms vv undergraduate teaching quality guarantee system inspired by ideas of Total Quality Management, Plan-Do- Check-Action. Moreover, the paper analyzes the multidimensional complexity of quality assurance from five aspects, namely: liability subject, quality standard, ways of evaluation and monitoring, means of collecting information and evaluation and encouragement mechanism. Meanwhile, on the basis of the above study, the paper carries out a research on the operating mechanism of teaching quality guarantee system, which consists of decision-making system, implementation system, management system and feedback and correction system, from four aspects, namely: target guarantee, resources and process guarantee, output quality assurance and continuous improvement.
