摘要
首次利用辣根过氧化物酶生物降解水中的苯甲醛,探讨了pH值、温度、酶用量和表面活性剂对苯甲醛去除率的影响.实验证明:辣根过氧化物酶可以在pH值为5.5、温度为25℃、酶用量为15mg/L的条件下,对苯甲醛的去除率达到最佳值(65.7%).同时发现,加入非离子型表面活性剂聚乙二醇会降低苯甲醛的去除率.
It was the first time to bioeatalytically degrade benzaldehyde by horseradish peroxidase(HRP). The factors that pH,temperature, the concentration of horseradish peroxidase and surfactant obviously affect the removing efficiency of benzaldehyde. The experiment results show that the removal rate of benzaldehyde could be optimal to 65.7% by HRP in pH 5.5,the temperature 25℃ and the enzyme dosage of 25 mg/L. It was also discovered that the removal rate of benzaldehyde can be decreased by adding moderate nonionic surfactants polyethylene glycol.
