摘要
癌症是严重威胁人类生存和社会发展的重大疾病和严重的公共卫生问题之一,癌症控制已成为世界各国政府的卫生战略重点.以乳腺癌为背景,在前人研究基础上,运用数学分析方法,建立布尔控制网络模型,引入矩阵的半张量积这一数学工具,对布尔基因控制网络进行吸引子控制分析,为乳腺癌的治疗给出参考性的最优控制基因节点.
Cancer is one of the major diseases threatening the survival and development of human society and the serious public heahh problems, cancer control has become the world" s governments health strategy, based on the background of breast cancer, on the basis of previous studies, using the method of mathematical analysis, the es- tablishment of Boolean control networks model, introducing matrix semi-tensor product, this is a mathematical tool for Boolean gene control network control analysis of attractors, as the best reference treatment given breast cancer control gene node.
