浮针疗法治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床研究

Clinical Research of Floating-acupuncture Therapy for Pain Induced by the Operation of Mixed Hemorrhoid

目的 ：观察浮针疗法治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法 ：将180例行混合痔＂外剥内扎＂手术患者随机分为浮针组、普通针刺组与药物组,每组各60例。3组患者在行基础治疗的同时,分别另予浮针疗法、普通针刺及临床常用止痛药物治疗,观察并对比3组受试者术后3、12、24、48 h VAS评分及需要注射盐酸曲马多的例数。结果：随着时间推移,3组VAS评分皆有不同程度下降。浮针组对术后VAS评分下降的效用优于其他两组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。浮针组患者要求注射盐酸曲马多人数明显少于另外两组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ：浮针疗法对于混合痔＂外剥内扎＂术后疼痛具有良好的治疗作用与临床意义。

Objective ：Clinical observation of floating-acupuncture therapy for pain induced by the operation of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods ：180 patients of mixed hemorrhoids who received Miliigan-Morgan operation were randomly divided into floating-acupuncture therapy group,general acupuncture group and drug group,each group of 60 cases. At the same time of enforcing basic treatment,we respectively given them the floating-acupuncture therapy,general acupuncture and commonly used clinical pain medication.The VAS score on 3 h,12 h,24 h,48 h after the surgery and the number of patients needing tramadol hydrochloride injection were observed and compared between the three groups. Results ：With the passage of time,the VAS scores of the three groups were decreased in different degrees. The effect of floatingacupuncture therapy group on postoperative VAS score was better than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The number of patients needing tramadol hydrochloride injection in floating-acupuncture therapy group was less than that in the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Floating-acupuncture therapy for pain induced by the operation of mixed hemorrhoid has good therapeutic effect and clinical significance.
