基于数据挖掘探究宋立群教授治疗原发性肾病综合征用药规律 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :通过对宋立群教授门诊诊治原发性肾病综合征的患者病例,从药物应用角度出发,深入研究相关的内服中药汤剂,为中医药治疗原发性肾病综合征提供参考。方法 :收集宋立群教授2015年6月—2017年1月符合纳入标准的门诊病例,运用数据库软件、SPASS17.0统计软件,应用频数分析等统计学方法,对处方用药进行分析,探讨宋立群教授治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床用药规律。结果 :共收集病例200例,药物共计112味,使用总频次3850次,常用药物27味,药类以补虚药、收涩药、消食药为主。四气五味以甘、苦、温,平、寒、辛、涩为主,归经以肝经、脾经、肾经、肺经、胃经最为常用。聚类分析得药物组合10组。结论 :宋立群教授治疗原发性肾病综合征采用补五脏,以肝、脾、肾为主,扶正祛邪兼施,兼以固精止泄、解毒祛湿、活血化瘀。 Objective :Through the cases of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome diagnosed and diagnosed by professor SONG Liqun,the Chinese medicine decoction was further studied from the point of view of drug application,which could provide reference for the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods :Collected from June 2015 to January 2017 to meet the inclusion criteria of the outpatient medical records,the use of database software,SPASS17.0 statistical software,application frequency analysis and other statistical methods,the prescription drug analysis,to explore professor SONG Liqun treatment of primary clinical application of nephrotic syndrome. Results :A total of 200 cases were collected,the total number of drugs 112,the use of the total frequency of 3850 times,commonly used drugs 27 flavor,drugs to tonic medicine,astringent medicine,digestion. Four gas flavors to sweet,bitter,warm,flat,cold,hot,astringent mainly to the liver by the spleen,kidney,lung,stomach by the most commonly used. Cluster analysis was performed in 10 groups. Conclusion :Professor SONG Liqun treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome to benefit the five internal organs,mainly to liver and spleen and kidney,righting and evil,and to solid fine discharge,detoxification dampness,blood circulation.
