实现技能与素质的双线提升——工学结合模式下创新高职教学管理的探索与研究

反思这些年高职教学管理创新工作也不难发现,一味地突出岗位技能训练,而忽视学生的职业素质提升,仍是困扰当前高职教育界的普遍问题。当前,应把技能与素质双线提升作为教学管理创新的主线,其实施路径可围绕着:以专业群为单位区别对待工学结合、以就业形势制订技能素质提升目标、以实训教学为主体建构基础性素质、以顶岗实习来促进职业意识的形成、发挥学校社团在素质教育中的优势等五个方面来展开。
