湖南省旅游业正呈现爆发式增长态势,旅游新业态也处于高速发展状态,湖南省也将建成旅游强省。而我国旅游专业人才培养仍存在问题,尤其在高职院校中,对旅游人才培养重视度较低,且培养内容与行业需求无法有效对接。因此,需要完善与市场经济对接的人才队伍建设体系、激励机制,制定培养计划并加强校企合作,促进高职旅游类专业与行业办学需求的有效对接,促进湖南省旅游行业的高速发展。

Tourism industry in Hunan Province is showing an explosive growth trend, the new tourism industry is also in the direction of rapid development, Hunan Province will also build a tourism province. However, there are still problems in the training of tourism professionals in China. Therefore, it is necessary to perfect the construction system, incentive mechanism, develop training plan and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and promote the effective docking of tourism specialty and vocational education with the rapid development of tourism industry in Hunan Province.
