在高职院校建筑工程技术专业运用现代学徒制可有效提升学生默会知识能力,并为其提供顶岗实习机会,盘活社会资源。而保障制度是现代学徒制运行的基础。因此,本文从政府、学校、企业、学生等方面探究影响保障制度构建的因素,并得出需要构建持续发展的非正式制度、校企合作正式制度、教学组织管理制度、课程开发质量保障机制,促进高职院校建筑工程技术专业现代学徒制的顺利运行,提高教学水平。

In Higher Vocational Colleges specialty of architectural engineering technology with modern apprenticeship can effectively improve students＇ tacit knowledge ability, and provide internship opportunities for the inventory of social resources, and security system is the basis of modern apprenticeship operation. This article explores the influence factors of building security system from four aspects, and the need to build a sustainable development of the informal system, the cooperation of formal institution, teaching management system, curriculum development, quality guarantee mechanism, promote the smooth operation of higher vocational colleges construction technology professional modern apprentice system.
