摘要 社会保障制度作用于保障全社会成员基本生存与生活需求,不仅能够有效地缓解人们的生存风险,而且在很大程度上影响大学生就业行为的选择与实现。在传统社会性别范式与社会主流家庭角色定位的作用下,女性在社会发展的过程中容易被边缘化,随之而来的是男、女大学生在劳动市场竞争失衡的处境。当前我国社会保障制度隐含着性别分割现象,该现象在新时代背景下,正逐渐成为大学生人才资源合理公平配置与流动的不可忽视的障碍。 Social security system aims at ensuring the basic survival and meeting the demands of all social members. It may only help to avoid the risks of living, hut also have great impact on selection and implementation of college students' employment. Under the circumstances of traditional gender paradigm and mainstream orientation of family roles, women are vulnerable to be marginalized in the process of social development and followed by the realistic predicament of imbalance? of competition in the job market. According to research, there is an implicit gender segmentation? phenomenon in current social security system. Furthermore, the gender segmentation phenomenon is now becoming a negligible issue of reasonable and equitable allocation and flow of talent college resources.
