摘要 高职院校二年制学生作为职业院校中的一个特殊学生群体,从中专学校自主报考到高职院校,学制为两年,他们的学风建设不容忽视。以广东省外语艺术职业学院为例,从"保健-激励"因素理论视角探析二年制学生学风建设问题。研究发现,广东省外语艺术职业学院二年制学生专业技能扎实,但也存在学生职业生涯规划迷茫、课堂纪律松散、教学教辅管理不当等问题,通过提出相应对策,有助于促进学校学风建设,为二年制学生营造更加融洽的学习与生活氛围。 Two - year students in vocational colleges are regarded as a special student group in vocational colleges. They come to secondary vocational colleges from secondary school. The construction of style of study can not be ignored. In this paper, the Guangdong Provincial Foreign Language Vocational College, for example, is from the "health - incentive" factor theory perspective on the construction of two - year students style of study. The study found that the two - year students of Guangdong Province Foreign Language Vocational College has a solid professional skills, but there are also problems such as confusion of students' career planning, loose classroom rules, improper school teaching and proper teaching and management, which is representative of higher vocational colleges two - year students' style of study and teaching management. It puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, help to promote the construction of school style, for the two - year students to create a more harmonious atmosphere of learning and living atmosphere.
