语言词汇反映社会现实,因此处在不断地变化之中。新词不断被创造,用于表达新的事物和关系,旧词的词义也不断发生变化或承载新的意义。同时,由于受法律背景、语言和文化的"束缚",法律术语标准化过程受到了巨大的阻力。本文旨在探讨法律术语的发展变化过程及为实现法律术语的标准化欧盟所做出的努力。

Language vocabulary reflects social reality, so it is in constant change. New words are constantly created, used to express new things and relationships, the meaning of the old words are constantly changing or bearing new meaning. At the same time, due to the shackles of the legal background, language and culture, the standardization process of legal terminology has been a great drag. The purpose of this paper is to explore the development and change of legal terms and the efforts made by the European Union to standardize the legal terminology.
