摘要 北京新机场工程在进行混凝土灌注桩施工时,考虑现场实际施工条件、工期和成本等因素,使用提前打桩的方式,即采用空钻施工技术。由于空钻长度较长,施工控制难度大,针对工程施工难点,阐述空钻施工技术的特点和应用前景,并详细介绍了此项技术的技术特点、应用原理、确定因素、控制重点、施工工艺和施工经验。结果表明,该项技术经实践检验,技术可行,工程质量符合国家规范要求。 In the bored piles construction in Beijing New Airport project, considering the actual construction conditions, period and cost and other factors, the way of piling in advance is adopted, that is, the use of air drilling construction technology. Because the air drilling length is long and the construction control is difficult, according to the construction difficulties, this paper elaborated the characteristics and prospects of air drilling construction technology, and introduced the technology characteristics, application principle, factors, control points, construction technology and construction experience. The results show that the technology is feasible and practical, and the engineering quality meets the requirements of the national code.
