摘要
在紧邻既有建筑物的岩质深基坑施工中,快速合理且避免对紧邻建筑物产生较大影响的施工技术值得研究。以贵州某旧城区岩质深基坑施工为背景,通过有限元数值模拟检验了开挖和支护方式的合理性,得出控制建筑物不均匀沉降是减小建筑物水平位移的关键的结论。并介绍了静态爆破技术在紧邻既有建筑物岩质深基坑施工中应用的工艺。
It is worthwhile to study the construction technology of the deep foundation excavation adjacent to existing buildings, which is fast and reasonable and avoid the great influence to the adjacent buildings. Taking the construction of a deep rock foundation excavation in the old city area of Guizhou province as the background, by means of finite element numerical simulation, the rationality of excavation and support method is tested and the conclusion of the control of uneven settlement of buildings is the key to reduce the horizontal displacement of buildings is obtained. Then this paper introduces the application of static blasting technique in the construction of rock deep foundation excavation next to existing buildings.
