On the Road Selection of China Ruled by Law: Interpretation of Comprehensive Rule by Law of the 19th National Congress of the CPC

法治道路的选择是全面依法治国实践中的根本问题,如何理性地阐释和揭示法治中国的道路设计、道路选择及其社会实践,防止历史和现实中的道路陷阱与理论误区,成为法治中国理论研究的重大论题。为此,应当深入探索法治中国道路选择的逻辑起点、选择依据、核心要义与内在关联以及实践模式,从法治本质、法治效能与法治定位的基础理论出发,进行法治理论与实践创新,系统化地设计、建设与维护好中国特色社会主义法治道路。

The road selection of rule of law is the fundamental issue in the practice of China ruled by law. How to reasonably interpret and reveal the road design, road selection and social practice of China ruled by law, and how to prevent the road traps and theoretical mistakes in history and reality have become major topics of the theoretical research in China ruled by law. Therefore, we should deeply explore the logical starting point, selection basis, core meaning, internal relation and practice mode of the road selection of China ruled by law, and based on the basic theory of the essence, efficiency and position of rule of law, we should make innovation on the theory and practice of rule of law and then systematically design and construct the road of Chi- na ruled by law.
