抗血小板药物治疗期间血小板功能检测及临床应用的研究现状

Current situation of platelet function tests and their clinical application status during antiplatelet treatment

抗血小板药物(尤其是氯吡格雷)存在不同程度个体差异,可能导致不良临床事件发生。目前针对抗血小板药物治疗期间的血小板功能检测以评估预后并指导个体化给药的研究较多,但争论较大。本文就现有的血小板功能检测方法及其最新研究现状作一综合。

The pharmacodynamics of antiplatelet drugs,especially clopidogrel,vary among individuals,which may lead to the occurrence of adverse clinical events. Although there are a large number of studies that focus on using platelet function tests to access clinical outcome and guide individual antiplatelet therapies,the results remain controversial. This article reviews currently available platelet function assays and advances in clinical research.
