摘要
仿生型药物系统通过模仿生物系统的结构和功能,有效降低了传统纳米粒的免疫原性,并使其具备良好的靶向性、安全性。因此,仿生型药物系统成为理想的候选药物递送系统,并作为新型的药物递送系统得到了广泛的关注。如今国内外仿生型递送系统的研究已涉及药物制剂的不同种类,包括纳米粒、脂质体、微囊、聚合物胶束等。本文综述了仿生型纳米粒国内外最新研究进展。
The biomimetic drug system can effectively reduce the immunogenicity of traditional nanoparticles and make the drug have good targeting and safety by imitating the structure and function of biological system. Therefore,the biomimetic drug system has become an ideal candidate drug delivery system and has been widely concerned as a new drug delivery system. Now domestic and international bionic delivery system research has been involved in different types of pharmaceutical preparations,including nanoparticles,liposomes,microcapsules,polymer micelles and so on. This paper reviews the latest research progress of biomimetic nanoparticles at home and abroad.
