摘要
合适的立杆间距对满堂扣件式钢管脚手架的稳定性有着非常重要的作用。研究的主要目的就是为了确定脚手架在其他条件不变的情况下,立杆间距的不同对脚手架承载力有何影响。利用理论计算和ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析5×5跨的架体模型,研究立杆间距在0.6m^1.6m范围内变化时脚手架的稳定性。由分析知:当脚手架的立杆间距在1.2m^1.6m之间时,扣件式钢管脚手架的整体稳定性最好,结论可供实际工程参考。
The appropriate spacing of upright tube has a very important effect on the stability of the fastener steel tube full hall scaffold. The main purpose of this study is to determine how the difference in vertical spacing of scaffolding affects the scaffolding's hearing capacity under other conditions. In this paper, we use the theoretical calculation and finite element software to simulate and analyze the 5 × 5 span model, and study the stabilily of the scaffolding when the pole spacing is in the range of 0.6m - 1.6m. From the analysis, it can he concluded when the scaffolding pole spacing between 1.2m ×1.6m, the overall stability of the fastener steel pipe scaffolding is best. The simulation results have reference for practical engineering.
