摘要
针对犁铧机高锰钢材质犁铧的耐磨性不足问题,从材质方面入手,提出中高碳贝氏体钢材质犁铧。下贝氏体钢具有良好的综合力学性能及较低的价格,同时利用激冷材料显著细化了原始晶粒,提高了耐磨性,经等温淬火热处理后,犁铧宏观硬度可达50HRC以上,冲击韧性ak值平均为108J/cm^2。经过装机应用,中高碳贝氏体钢材质犁铧的使用寿命为高锰钢材质犁铧的3倍。
In view of the problem of insufficient wear resistance of plowing machine with high manganese steel plowing machine, this paper starts with the material process, and puts forward the medium and high carbon bainitic steel plow. Because the lower bainitic steel has a good comprehensive mechanical properties and lower prices, using the chilled material to significantly refined the original grain to improve the wear resistance, by isothermal quenching heat treatment, plow macroscopical hardness could reach to 50HRC or more. The average value of impact toughness ak is 108J / cm2. After the installation of the application, the high carbon bainitic steel plow with a service life is three times of the high manganese steel plow.
