临床博士后精英教育项目的探索

临床医学博士后项目是国家人力资源和社会保障部和卫生计划生育委员会扶持的医学精英继续教育项目,是中国探索新时代医学精英教育的崭新形式。在北京协和医院内科施行的第1学年中,内科学系结合来自多维度的反馈意见,在该项目课程模块的设置、带教形式、评估和反馈等方面做出了诸多调整和改进,使该项目在北京协和医院内科住院医师规范化培训项目的基础上脱颖而出,成为一项可以螺旋上升的毕业后医学精英继续教育项目。该项目的过程和经验,可以为其他教学医院类似项目的执行提供参考。

The clinical medical post-doctoral project is an elite post-graduation national project supported by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and Health and Family Planning Commission. It is a new investigation for elite medical education in new era. During the first academic year of launching this project in Peking Union Medical College Hospital（ PUMCH）,the department of internal medicine has continuously modified and developed the implementation of this project,including the setting of courses,teaching process,evaluation and feedback,basing on the feedback collecting from multiple dimensions during the process. These actions have boosted this project to be outstanding on the basis of the regular training program of residents,which has been established in the internal medicine department of PUMCH,and made it as an elite post-graduation medical education project. The process and experience of this project could provide reference for the implementation of similarprojects in other teaching hospitals.
