抗支糖浆对肺炎支原体感染大鼠IL-4、IFN-γ表达的影响 被引量:3

The Effect of Kangzhi Syrup on the Expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ in Rats with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae

摘要 目的探讨抗支糖浆对肺炎支原体感染大鼠Th1/Th2类代表性因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)免疫应答的调控,为进一步深入研究及其临床推广应用提供依据。方法将95只大鼠随机分成4组,空白对照组、模型对照组、抗支糖浆组、阿奇霉素组,空白对照组20只,其余各组25只。连续滴鼻感染肺炎支原体4 d,末次感染后1 d开始给予药物干预,并于给药后1、3、5、8、10 d,采集模型大鼠的血、支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)进行检测。结果给药后第1日,除空白对照组外,其余各组大鼠BALF中肺炎支原体-PCR检测均为阳性。酶联免疫法检测各组大鼠血清中IL-4、IFN-γ的含量,空白对照组、抗支糖浆组、阿奇霉素组分别与模型对照组比较,各时间点IFN-γ表达显著增高(P<0.05)、IL-4表达显著降低(P<0.05);抗支糖浆组各时间点与阿奇霉素组各时间点无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论抗支糖浆可以调节Th1/Th2失衡,改善肺炎支原体感染大鼠免疫功能紊乱的状态。 Objective: To investigate the regulation of Kangzhi Syrup on the immune response of Thl/Th2 like interferon gamma (IFN-γ) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in rats with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, so as to provide evidence for further research and clinical application. Methods: 95 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: the blank control group ,the model control group ,Kangzhi Syrup group and azithromycin group ,with 20 rats in blank control group and 25 rats in each of the rest groups. Continuous nose drops caused infection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae for 4 days. From the first day of the last infection, drug intervention was given, and on the lst,3rd,5th,Sth and 10th day after taking the medication,the blood and BALF of model rats were gathered for testing. Results: On the first day after taking the medication,except the blank control group,MP-PCR detection of BALF was positive in the rest groups. Determination of IL-4 and IFN-γ in serum of rats was detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Compared with the model control group, the expression of IFN-γ at all time points increased significantly in the blank control group ,Kangzhi Syrup group and azithromycin group (P〈 0.05 ), and the expression of IL-4 at all time points decreased significantly in the blank control group,Kangzhi Syrup group and azithromycin group (P〈 0.05). There was no significant difference between the time points of Kangzhi Syrup group and azithromyein group (P〉 0.0.5). Conclusion: Kangzhi Syrup can adjust the balance of Th1/Th2, and improve the regulation of immune system in MPP rats.
