清胆利肝疗法对老年带状疱疹患者临床症状、免疫功能和疱疹结局的影响

Effect of Qingdan Ligan Therapy on the Clinical Symptoms,Immune Function and the Herpes Outcome in elderly Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的观察清胆利肝疗法在老年带状疱疹治疗中的应用及对患者临床症状、免疫功能、疱疹结局的影响。方法将老年带状疱疹患者72例按照随机等分为对照组与观察组各36例,对照组采用西医常规对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组西医治疗基础上结合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、治疗后疱疹结局指标、治疗后后遗神经痛发生率及免疫功能指标差异。结果观察组治疗后皮损症状评分、中医症状评分、止疱时间、止痛时间、50%疱疹结痂时间和后遗神经痛发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均显著高于对照组治疗后,CD8低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗老年带状疱疹疗效确切,可有效改善患者免疫功能及疱疹结局。

Objective： To discuss the application of Qingdan Ligan Therapy and its effect on the clinical symptoms, immune function and the herpes outcome. Methods： 72 cases were randomly divided into the control group （36 cases） and the observation group （36 cases）. The control group was treated with Western medicine routine support therapy,while the observation group was given Longdan Xiegan Decoction on the basis of the control group. Comparative analysis was carried out in the clinical symptom score of two groups before and after treatment,index difference of herpes outcome and immune function, and the incidence of postherpetie neuralgia. Results： The skin symptoms score ,TCM symptom score ,the cessation time ,pain time, 50% herpes scab and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, CD3, CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and CDSwere lower than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Longdan Xiegan Decoction on elderly patients with herpes zoster was effective,and it can effectively improve the immune function and herpes outcomes.
