中医非药物治疗脑梗死急性期的临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of of Non-drug Therapy on Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察中医非药物治疗对脑梗死急性期患者临床疗效的影响并探讨其机制。方法将986例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各493例。对照组给予拜阿司匹林、阿托伐他汀钙片、依达拉奉及血塞通治疗。治疗组在此基础上给予中医非药物治疗(穴位敷贴、针刺、推拿、肢体功能康复训练、中药熏洗),疗程均为2周。分别观察两组患者在治疗前后的中医症状评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力量表(Barthel index)和并发症的发生情况。结果治疗组患者的中医症状评分、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、Barthel指数较治疗前明显改善,与对照组比较,部分并发症明显减少(P<0.05)。结论中医非药物治疗可以明显改善脑梗死急性期患者临床症状、神经功能缺损评分,提高日常生活能力,改善预后,减少并发症的发生。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of non-drug therapy of TCM on patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to discuss its mechanism. Methods： 986 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,493 cases in each. The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,atorvastatin calcium,edaravone and Xuesaitong injection. The patients in the treatment group were treated with nondrug therapy （acupoint application, acupuncture, massage,rehabilitation of functional limbs, and fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine）. The treatment course lasted for two weeks. The scores of TCM symptom score,NIHSS score, Barthel index and complication were observed respectively in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment,TCM symptom score,NIHSS score and Barthel index of the patients in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and some complications were significantly reduced. The difference was statistically significant compared with the control group. Conclusion： Chinese medicine non-drug treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute cerebral infarction, neurological deficit score, the ability of daily life and the prognosis, and reduce the incidence of complications.
