萆薢祛风饮联合肿痛消膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect of Bixie Qufeng Decoction Combined with Zhongtongxiao Ointment on Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的观察萆薢祛风饮联合肿痛消膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效并探讨其机制。方法将患者86例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组予依托考昔片口服,观察组予萆薢祛风饮联合肿痛消膏治疗,疗程为1周。结果 1个疗程后,观察组在关节症状改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对血沉、血尿酸、C反应蛋白水平改善情况亦优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为88.37%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。结论萆薢祛风饮联合肿痛消膏治疗急性痛风性关节炎安全有效。

Objective： To explore clinical curative effect of Bixie Qufeng Decoction combined with Zhongtongxiao Ointment on acute gouty arthritis. Methods： 86 cases with acute gout arthritis were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized digital table method,43 cases in each. The control group were given an etoxime tablet orally ;the observation group were treated with Bixie Qufeng Decoction combined with Zhongtongxiao Ointment. The treatment lasted for 1 week. Results： After 1 treatment course,the observation group was better than the control groupin the improvement of joint symptoms （P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group was also better than the control group in erythrocyte sedimentation rate, blood uric acid, and C reactive protein level（P〈 0.05）. The total clinical effectiveness of the observed group （88.37%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.07%）（P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Bixie Qufeng Decoction combined with Zhongtongxiao Ointment is safe and effective on acute gouty arthritis.
