《伤寒杂病论》中干姜“角药”的配伍特点与临床应用

Compatibility Characteristics and Clinical Application of Rhizoma Zingiberis as Angle Medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases

目的观察《伤寒杂病论》中干姜角药的配伍特点与临床应用,为临床遣方用药提供借鉴与参考。方法系统梳理《伤寒杂病论》中干姜角药的配伍特点与临床应用,并从独立成方、作为方剂主要部分及联合应用3个方面论述角药特点与应用。结果《伤寒杂病论》中独立成方之干姜角药5对、作为方剂主要部分之干姜角药7对,以及联合应用之角药,配伍精妙,临床针对性强。结论《伤寒杂病论》中蕴含着丰富的干姜角药配伍知识,掌握其具体配伍特点与临床应用,对现代临床具有重要的指导意义。

Objective: To discuss the compatibility characteristics and clinical application of rhizoma zingiberis as angle medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,and to provide reference for clinical withdrawal. Methods: The compatibility characteristics and clinical application of rhizoma zingiberis as angle medicines in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were systematically studied,and the characteristics and application of the angle were discussed from three aspects: independent prescription,the main part of the prescription and the joint application. Results: In Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,there are 5 pairs in the independent prescription,7 pairs in the main part of the prescription of rhizoma zingiberis as angle medicines and the combination of angle medicines,compatibility exquisite,clinically targeted. Conclusion: Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases contains rich knowledge of compatibility of rhizoma zingiberis as angle medicines,and it has important guiding significance and clinical application.
