中医住院医师规范化培训中急救技能培训模式的优化与应用效果

Optimization and Application Effect of First Aid Skills Training Model in Standardized Training of Chinese Resident Doctors

急救技能是住院医师规范化培训教学中的重点内容,但急救技能的临床培训难以有效开展。针对中医住院医师规范化培训中的急救技能培训模式中存在的问题,制订了一系列改进,通过组建团队、总结现状、优化模式等措施,从而冀望提升中医住院医师规范化培训中的急救技能培训质量,并就急救技能培训的未来提出意见以及建议。

The clinical training of first aid skills is the key content in standardized training of resident doctors, which is difficult to carry out effectively. According to the problems in the training mode of the first aid skills in standardized training of resident doctors in Chinese medicine hospital ,some improvements are drafted, such as building a team, summarizing the situation, optimization mode,with the hope of promoting the training quality and putting forward comments and suggestion in first aid skills training of standardized training of resident doctors.
