栀龙凝胶膏贴的水提工艺研究

Study on Extracting Technology of Zhilong Paste

目的:研究栀龙凝胶膏贴的水提工艺。方法:以栀子苷的含量为指标,采用正交实验法优选栀龙凝胶膏贴药材的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量体积的水,提取3次,每次60分钟。结论:通过验证,优选出最佳提取工艺稳定可行。

Objective To study the extraction process of Zhilong paste. Methods The orthogonal experimental method was used to geniposide content to determine the optimum extraction process. Results The results was regarded as the optimal extraction process, that is 10 times of water, 3 times of extraction and each for 60 minutes. Conclusion Experiment has been done to prove that the opti- mum extraction process is stable and feasible.
