摘要
通过分析西藏某三甲医院病案复印服务的工作流程和现状,找出存在的问题,并研究提出解决对策。采用调查和访谈相结合的方法,对病案统计科工作人员进行访谈,了解病案复印服务现状和流程,并随机对前来复印的患者进行调查,了解其在复印病案时遇到的问题。经过调查和访谈发现病案复印工作中存在病案管理信息化程度不高、缺少专门的服务人员、宣传不到位、复印流程不合理、未设立专门的复印窗口等问题。对照存在的问题,结合医院工作实际,从6个方面提出解决当前存在问题的办法,力争病案复印工作更加规范化、标准化、科学化,切实提高患者满意度。
The paper analyzed the working process and current situation of the photocopying service of a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Tibet, and found out the existing problems and proposes solutions. By using the method of investigation and interview with the combination of medical record statistical division staff interview, to understand medical record duplication service status and process, and random investigating patients come to copy, understand their problerris in the medical record duplication. After a survey and interviews we found problems existing in the medical record duplication work such as medical record management informatization level was not high, the lack of professional services, publicity was not in place, photocopying process was not reasonable, without a special copy of windows, and other issues. Against the existing problems and combining the reality of the hospital work, put forward the solutions to the existing problems from six aspects, strive to medical record duplication job more normalized, standardized, scientific, and improve the satisfaction of patients really.
