儿童损伤与中毒的原因分析

Analysis on the Causes of Injury and Poisoning of Children

目的分析儿童发生损伤与中毒的原因与性别、年龄、地域的关系,探讨预防损伤与中毒的方法,为预防儿童损伤与中毒的发生提供依据。方法收集某院2012年-2016年收治的1660例因损伤、中毒而住院的患儿,根据患儿性别、年龄进行分组讨论分析。结果儿童损伤与中毒的主要类型是意外跌伤、自然腔口异物、交通意外伤、中毒等;城市和农村比为1.41:1,男、女比为1.63:1,且1岁~4岁为损伤与中毒高发期。结论损伤与中毒已成为儿童时期不可忽视的健康问题,社会各界应采取综合安全防范措施,加强监管,以保证儿童的健康成长。

Objectives TO analyze the relationship between the causes of injury or poisoning of children with factors such as gender, age and region, as well as investigate the methods of prevention of injury or poisoning, thus provide the basis for prevention of injury or poisoning in children. Methods To collect 1660 cases of hospitalized children because of injury or poisoning in a hospital from 2012 to 2016, and conduct a group discussion analysis according to gender and age of children. Results A major cause of childhood injury or poisoning was accidental fails, natural orifice of foreign body, the traffic accident, poisoning. The ratio of urban to rural areas was 1.41 ： 1, the ratio of male to female was 1.63： 1, and the age of 1 to 4 was high incidence of children injury or poisoning. Conclusions Injury or poisoning had become a health problem that could not be ignored in childhood. The community should take comprehensive measures to strengthen supervision, to ensure the healthy growth of children.
