摘要
目的与传统培养模式相比,探索风湿科住院医师对培养性讲课在临床规范化培训中的评价。方法随机抽取2016年1月-2017年6月在风湿科接受规范化培训的住院医师30人,其中实验组15人参与了培养性讲课,对照组15人未参与培养性讲课。所有研究对象独立完成调查问卷,对教学模式进行评价。结果培养性讲课可以提高住院医师学习的主动性(n_1=15;n_2=14),培养临床思维并拓宽临床思路(n_1=13;n_2=10),提高解决临床实际问题的能力(n_1=10;n_2=11),提高授课讲解的能力(n_1=12;n_2=13)。但也存在课程内容容量有限(n_1=3;n_2=8)、耗费精力大(n_1=12;n_2=6)、软硬件要求高(n_1=14;n_2=15)等问题。结论培养性讲课可使广大规培住院医师受益,有助于提高住院医师规范化培训的质量。
Objectives Compare with traditional training mode, to explore the evaluation of training teaching in standardized training residents in rheumatology department. Methods A total of 30 residents from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into two equal groups, including experimental group with 15 residents who attended training teaching and control group with15 residents not. They answered the questionnaires independentlyto evaluate training teaching. Results Training teaching could improve the learning initiative (n1=15; n2=14), skill of speech (n1=12; n2=13), ability of solving the problems (n1=10; n2=11) and clinical thinking (n1=13; n2=10) However, this training model needed the higher requirements, such as more energy (n1=12; n2=6) and teaching condition (n1=14; n2=15). Some residents (n1=3; n2=8) thought the teaching content was limited. Conclusions Training teaching method could bring great benefit for residents, thus improving the quality of standardized resident training.
