江苏省南通市通州区2000-2015年麻疹类疫苗接种与麻疹发病情况分析

目的了解南通市通州区2000-2015年麻疹类疫苗接种和麻疹发病情况,分析当地麻疹流行趋势和特点,探讨控制和消除麻疹的策略和措施。方法收集南通市通州区2000-2015年麻疹发病、相关疫苗接种等资料进行统计分析。结果 2000-2015年,南通市通州区麻疹发病控制在0.00/10万~16.76/10万之间,每隔3~5年会出现一次发病高峰;接种率保持较高水平,基础免疫稳定在95%以上,加强免疫稳定在92%以上;麻疹发病呈现向低年龄组和成人组双向移位的两极化趋势;有麻疹类疫苗接种史者发病症状较轻,其首剂麻疹类疫苗接种及时率也较低。结论维持较高水平的麻疹类疫苗接种率是麻疹控制与消除的关键;麻疹发病的两极化趋势与免疫规划质量、孕妇母体状况、监测灵敏度密切相关;麻疹类疫苗接种后即使发病也有一定保护性,提高麻疹类疫苗接种及时性有助于减少麻疹发病。

Results 15 years,the incidence of measles in the control of 0. 00/100 000 ~ 16. 76/100 000,every 3 to 5 years there will be a measles peak; vaccination rate to maintain a high level,the basic immune stability at 95% or more,to strengthen immune stability in 92%; measles incidence of low age group and adult group showed a two-way shift of the polarization trend; measles vaccination history of the disease is relatively light, the first dose of measles vaccination rate is also low. Conclusion Maintaining the high level of measles vaccination rate is the key to the control and elimination of measles;measles incidence of polarization and immune planning quality,maternal maternal condition,monitoring sensitivity is closely related; measles vaccination even after the disease has some protective,increasing the timeliness of measles vaccination helps reduce the incidence of measles.
