河北省首例人感染猪链球菌病流行病学调查

Epidemiological investigation of the first person infected with Streptococcus suis in Hebei Province

目的调查分析河北省人感染猪链球菌病的流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法通过对病人病史的问询、养殖现场外环境的采样、病人患病期血液检测结果及脑脊液培养分离猪链球菌等方法进行调查。结果病人由破损伤口直接感染细菌,临床症状表现为意识障碍,伴有发热、恶心、呕吐,大小便失禁,运动功能紊乱,血液检测及脑脊液培养均为阳性。病人发病前有流行病学接触史。结论该病例为河北省首例人感染猪链球菌病病例,切断传染源和传播途径是控制疾病的有效措施。应加强人畜共患疾病的健康教育和宣传,提高自我防护意识。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of human infection with Streptococcus suis in Hebei Province,and to provide evidence for prevention and control measures. Methods Through the investigation of the patient＇s history,the sampling of the environment outside the scene,the patient＇s blood test results and cerebrospinal fluid culture of isolated Streptococcus suis and other methods to investigate. Results The patient is directly infected with the wound by the wound,the clinical symptoms of consciousness,accompanied by fever,nausea,vomiting,incontinence,motor dysfunction,blood tests and cerebrospinal fluid culture are positive. There is epidemiological exposure history before the onset of the patient. Conclusion The case of Hebei Province,the first case of people infected with Streptococcus suis disease cases,cut off the source of infection and transmission is an effective measure to control the disease. Should strengthen the zoonotic disease health education and publicity,improve self-protection awareness.
