河北沧州市淡色库蚊对7种杀虫剂的抗药性监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解沧州市淡色库蚊对不同杀虫剂的抗药性现状,为合理使用杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用幼虫浸渍法测定淡色库蚊幼虫对醚菊酯、联苯菊酯、胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱、双硫磷和DDT 7种杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果醚菊酯、联苯菊酯抗性倍数分别为141.00、51.25,均为高抗;毒死蜱、DDT抗性倍数分别为4.19、7.92,均为低抗;胺菊酯、氯氰菊酯、双硫磷抗性倍数分别为0.03、1.24、0.82,均属敏感。结论沧州市淡色库蚊幼虫对部分杀虫剂已产生抗药性,在灭蚊工作中应选择敏感杀虫剂,注意避免大量单独使用某种杀虫剂而产生抗药性。 Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens to different insecticides in Cangzhou City,and to provide scientific basis for the rational use of pesticides. Methods The resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to ethofenprox,bifenthrin,tetramethrin,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos,temephos and DDT were tested with the impregnation method. Results The resistance of methicillin and bifenthrin were 141. 00 and 51. 25,respectively. The chlorpyrifos and DDT resistance were 4. 19 and 7. 92 respectively,and they were low resistance. The effects of ketamine,cypermethrin and dithiophosphate multiple of 0. 03,1. 24,0. 82,are sensitive. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in Cangzhou has generated different degrees of resistance to some insecticides. We should choose the sensitive insecticides. Insecticides should be alternated in mosquito control.
