摘要
目的对疑似肉毒中毒事件进行调查分析,为预防此类食物中毒提供借鉴。方法采集病人呕吐物、血清及风干肉样品进行肉毒实验检测。结果样品经抗毒诊断,结果阳性,结合现场流行病学调查、病人临床症状以及临床治疗情况,判定该事件为肉毒食物中毒。结论牧区牧民有食用生肉或风干肉等不良生活习惯,容易发生肉毒中毒事件。应大力开展肉毒中毒防控知识全民宣传教育活动,提高群众卫生防病意识。
Objective To investigate the suspected botulism event,which provide the reference for preventing the similar poisoning events. Methods The vomit,serum and dried meat samples of patients were collected and detected by using botulinum experiment. Results The results showed that vomit,serum and dried meat samples were positive in the botulinum experiment,and combined with the epidemiology investigation,clinical symptoms and treatment of botulism,which confirmed the event for botulism. Conclusion The herdsmen have some unhealthy living habits,such as eating raw or dried meat,prone to botulism incidents.We should vigorously carry out botulism prevention and control training,and improve the prevention consciousness of public.
